🎭 A quick update regarding our Snow White Kids Wor 🎭 A quick update regarding our Snow White Kids Workshop Auditions! Firstly, thank you so much for the incredible response. We’ve received a tremendous number of applications and are absolutely thrilled by the interest in this year’s pantomime. As you can imagine, we have been incredibly busy with the run of Sweeney Todd. Our team are now working through the applications. Everyone who applied should hear back by Friday 15th May. Applicants will either: ✨ Be offered a place on one of the two workshop sessions ✨ Be offered a place on the waiting list This will be on a first come, first served basis. Thank you for your patience while we work through everything. We can’t wait to see so many talented young performers! 🎭

✨ NODA Awards ✨ A brilliant night for Whitehaven ✨ NODA Awards ✨ A brilliant night for Whitehaven Theatre Group, and we’re buzzing to share that we picked up three awards 🎭 Huge congratulations to: ✨ Kayleigh Donald – Best Leading Character in a Pantomime (Aladdin) ✨ Ross Bickerdike – Best Leading Male Character in a Musical (Everybody’s Talking About Jamie) ✨ Maria Morton – Best Director of a Drama (Steel Magnolias) On top of this we are thrilled to announce our President, Maria Morton, was also the recipient of the Regional Councillors Award at the NODA Youth awards on Saturday. In recognition of all of her hard work and dedication ✨ Massively well deserved all round. It’s fantastic to see the work, time and effort put in by our three winners be recognised at an event like this. Big shout as always to everyone backstage, side stage, and everywhere in between as well. These moments don’t happen without a full team effort 💛 And to everyone who was nominated, you should be just as proud. The standard across the board is incredible, and it shows on nights like this. One to celebrate 🎉

From rehearsals to the final bow, this has been a production full of intensity, passion, and unforgettable moments. A huge thank you to The Solway Hall for hosting us and looking after us so brilliantly throughout the run. To our sponsors, your support means everything and helps keep local theatre alive and thriving. And to everyone who came along to watch, react, and support us… thank you.
